Poppy Present

Ok so the rain is back!!!!! What a wet day just meant for posting blogs and making cards.

 I wanted to share with all of you a card I made for my best buddy Sandy. I wanted to send a congrats on her new adventure...a fabulous new website...www.STAMPINGANDBLOGGING.COM She is an amazing mentor and has shared all kinds of ideas so I am happy she has branched out into a new area of growth. So here is the pressie and it started the process of the card.

I found this wall plaque at a fun furniture and gift store right here in little ole' Cobble Hill. I could spend lots of time & $$$$ in this store. Love it. Well the plaque went with the Stamp Set Pleasant Poppies and I created the card from it's inspiration.

  I put some pearls on the flowers and used my marker to "color" them.

And I apologize for the wrinkles in the background........I have retired the white "sheet" as I really can't imagine picking up the iron every time I want a picture!!!! On to new ways of presenting my creations.
