Hello my friends. I hope all is well in your neck of the woods.
As I begin this post I see the white stuff is starting again. Sure hope it doesn't get too crazy.....this is March 1st. But as they say..in like a lion out like a lamb. I wonder who ever came up with that old adage???
So it is fitting that I have been playing with the Regarding Dahlias stamp set. Thoughts and colors of spring to stave off the winter blues.
Now I know this looks a little odd but I tried a technique to layer the painted image in pieces over a stamped one. Kinda resembles a broken window don't you think??? It is really quite fun...you can achieve lots of different looks depending on the background.

The next one is a little easier on the eyes, but I still played with colour. I used the same colours for painting, ....Island Indigo, Bermuda Bay and Daffodil Delight.
And of course I had to do a little something on the inside.
