It's Christmas Eve!!!!
How's the Cocoa and cookies. I hope you have some to enjoy while you go off on the hop. I am sending lots of good wishes to you all for a fabulous holiday time . I hope you have time to spend with family and friends . Thanks for visiting and I look forward to 2016 and all it has in store.
Todays card is from this great sketch. I have gone away from the holiday themed cards today , I hope you like it.
And here it is.....
I so love this the Awesomely Artistic Stamp Set. It can stand alone or add to a wonderful collage. I used a card base of Marina Mist, layered with Crumb Cake, Old Olive and Very Vanilla.
I stood the card up so I could stamp the wonderful background of the flowers and then restamped on another piece of Very Vanilla and layered it on the circles.
I pulled out the Crystal Effects...been a awhile.....to add some dimension to the flowers. I didn't go fussy on the colouring as I knew the shiny of the effects would help a lot. The picture really doesn't show it well, but I like the result.
The Sahara Sand Lace trim is just beautiful, and a few pearls here and there and voila!!!
And I did add some interest to the inside today.
A small piece of the flowers is added to the Old Olive circle I had left over....recycle, reuse, right.
So have fun, and will see you in the new year. I wish you all the best, and appreciate the opportunity to play along with these talented ladies. I do learn so much.
For your shopping pleasure.......why not get something just for you!!!
Cheers from......
VERY nice!!!!
