Happy Thursday to all.. I hope all is well in your world .
We have a new sketch for everyone today. I pulled out the Watercolor Wings Stamp set. It is so much fun to create butterflies and there is a bundle on page 75 of the catalogue. Here is the sketch.....
I played a bit with the design by using a stamp for the one background. The grid pattern from the "You've Got This" stamp set worked well I think. Here is the card.
I have stamped the small butterfly directly to the card base and then layered the other one over it. Just a few "spots" here and there to break up the white and the banner inTip Top Taupe. The bigger butterfly was stamped then cut out with the Bold Butterfly Framelits. I attached it with dimensionals also.
Here is a different shot of the card that shows a little something inside. You can really see the effect of the dimensionals with this picture.
And here is the pretty one from inside....so much fun creating these butterflies.
Now away to the rest of the hop...... I will post the easy links for you. This was a pretty fast card to make, I would love to see what you could do with this stamp set.
Here are the names and links for everyone playing along today....
Now for your shopping pleasure... the links for the products I used today.
Cheers from....

What a clever idea idea to use that background stamp to make the diagonal design! Really pretty and your butterflies are so pretty.

very lovely Shelagh, I also like that you stamped the background instead of using card stock, very unique.

So pretty Shelagh! Love the way that you used the background stamp rather than DSP behind your butterfly. Great colors and design! :)
