It is the end of July. Oh my, the time really ticks along doesn't it.
We have a fun technique for you today, There are a few different ways of interpreting masking and I chose this one. I only masked a couple of areas on this card.....can you pick them out.
Here is a little close up of the card. The Swirly Bird Stamp Set is so amazing. It can do so many things, if you don't have it , you must !
I stamped the boats onto the Whisper White art piece, then again onto a piece of post it note.
I cut that one out and placed over the boats on the card before I stamped the "water" . Pretty simple to do, and I know the rest of the team will be taking out all the stops to show what else you can accomplish.
I then layered the art piece onto a mat of Delightful Dijon and that onto a mat of Island Indigo. These were then adhered to a piece of DSP...can you guess ? A piece of the wonderful Floral Boutique. I think the stripes added to the nautical feel.
The sentiment is from Cottage Greetings and I added a bit of Tangerine Tango to pop the mats.
Now way you go...check out the rest of the talented team. I will post the links for easy shopping at the end of my post. Have fun.
