Yah!!! It is February and that means spring is so much closer.
Happy Thursday to all and today we have a Sketch to play with.
Here it is....
Now I took this for a square card so that's what went on. The card base is 5-1/2 by 11 scored at 5-1/2 . Easy peasy right. It is nice to work with a bigger "canvas" every so often so step out of your comfort zone a play along.
Here we go.
I use the Playful Palette Designer Series Paper Stack first and then added some wonderful Emerald Envy to add that pop. The lines below are from the Floral Phrases Stamp Set. Tip for you...bring out that Stamp-A-Ma-Jig and the lines will be straighter. These are stamped with Always Artichoke and the sentiments are stamped with Emerald Envy.
I cut out a few flowers from the DSP and "Envy" using the Succulent Framelits Dies. These babies are ALL over the internet with the wonderful creations that everyone is posting. I give them all kudos as they would take a ton of time and the Big Shot would need a holiday after , but I only did a few.
Here you can see the dimension of the flowers and a little bit of the inside panel.
I wanted this to be a special card for that very special person , as the sentiments say , so I put a few little flowers inside as well.
Lots of room for penning that message but may be a hand deliver as pretty heavy.
Now off to the rest of the talented ladies. Have fun and do let me know what you think. I appreciate you stopping in.
And each name will also take you right there... just click away.
Here are the easy links for you showing the products I played with today.
Cheers from.....
Very pretty. I love how you created your layered flower.
