Happy Thursday all!!
Today we have some colours to play with and I have to say I checked the Calypso at least three times. Depending on the light it really showed different each time. Weird , right.
So here are the colours....
I also wanted to do an Easter card but found I didn't have any stamp sets but for a sentiment or two. Hard to believe , but that actually happened. ( Probably one in the back cupboard somewhere!!)
So out came the Balloons , and they became EGGS !! I hope you like it.
I used the one stamp to add the lines as if I was dyeing the eggs . I can remember tying string around and dipping in food colouring. Now I hope that wasn't just a dream , does anyone else have that memory???
I stamped some White on the bottom of a piece of Calypso Coral and the cut the edge to resemble the funny "grass" that nested the eggs. I did say Crazy Eggs , right.
Then I put in a few blingy ones for fun and interest. Lots of layers here....
And of course, we need more eggs inside to finish this off.
Pretty wild , don't you think. But it shows that you can use stamps for lots of different things , although I can see a proper Easter set in my near future.
Now off to the rest of the hop , can't wait to see how everyone did with these colours. Have fun.
Cheers from.....

Yes, this is so creative, Shelagh. Your "dyed" eggs are great! I never used string, but I bet it was fun.
