Happy Thursday my friends......Are you with us?
I am loving this wonderful new to us Embossing Paste. Have you given it a try yet ? Todays card has a little tease of it for you and I love the depth you can achieve depending on the amount used.
Here is the sketch ......
I punched out a circle with the 2-1/2 " circle punch and placed it under one of the Pattern Party Decorative masks. I chose the diamond shape.
Onto my silicone craft sheet I put a small amount of the paste and added a drop of Pool Party re-inker. Mixed it up with the fabulous palettes knife and "smeared" it over the mask. Once I was sure the whole circle was covered I carefully removed the mask and voila.....dimension and colour !!!
The pieces of Island Indigo and Peek-a-Boo Peach I ran through the Polka Dots Basic embossing folder.
I just know that my next card is going to have a much bigger area embossed with this fun new product. So stay tuned. But for now I was happy with the result on the circle.
This shows the Polka Dots much better. And of course I played inside as well....... This time I used the mask as a stencil with a sponge and added some diamonds inside. Just be careful not to tear it .
Also a tip about the Embossing Paste, you want to remove it from the mask before it dries, so have a wet rag or a shallow pan with water handy. And my good friend Sandi reminded me not to flush it down the drain, do not want any clogs due to embossing.
Peek.......
Another banner inside and still room for your special message. The sentiments are from the Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set.
I hope you purchase this wonderful new "tool" , I think it will add so much to your creativity.
Now off to the rest of the hop ...have fun.
And the handy shopping links......did you notice I left them out a couple of times. I hope it helps with your ease of shopping, but should you need my help please contact me.
Cheers from.....

This paste is one of my favorite new tools in the catalog - and I love that you colored it with the Pool Party re-inker! Perfect! :)
