More Swaps!!!

Ok I know I said I was going to get on with things but I had to find a way to display all the wonderful art work I had the pleasure of receiving at convention. So many great ideas and again thank you to all you fabulous artists out there!!!

So today I am sharing a peek into my studio and remember I love to have Stampin' Up! parties so please contact me and we can put our heads together!!!

This handy "holder" showcases a few of the wonderful cards...it is metal with butterflys attached. The wings really hold the art great and easy to switch out for new ideas.

 This one is attached to my bookcase that holds my stamp sets, ink pads etc. Also easy peasy to switch out and that is good as I has tons to share with all of you that come to visit. So many ladies to thank and if you see your swap there I congratulate you on your creativity.

 And here is why I wanted easy....so many to showcase and even more I didn't show you. My creative juices are beginning to flow so check back soon for some new creations. I have to make some birthday cards for family and I know they keep the ones I have already sent to no "duplications!!!!!!" I'm sure lots of you out there have the same "problem". I don't mind as it helps me to keep current and try new techniques.

Off to pull out paper, ink and stamps!!!! One more day and then back to work. Thanks for stopping in and also for all the nice comments. I really appreciate it.

Convention Ideas

Happy Monday All!!

I have some more pictures to share with you from Salt Lake. I am organizing all the wonderful swaps and creations I brought home with me. This will probably be the end of convention "stuff" as I am sure you are all waiting for new things and I have a few surprises in store.

These lovely ladies are from one of the Late Night Stamper's event I attended ....pajama night. So much fun and we did a swap of recipe cards , and some of us swapped masculine cards. If you get a chance to attend one of Sherril Graff's event, you'll have a great time. And then there was dessert!!!

 And here we are at the make and takes...12 stations with fabulous ideas.

This one is from Melva Peters...we met at here at convention and she is such a nice lady. I am going to do a class on this great idea, so if you want to attend shoot me an email and I'll put your name on the growing list!!! Thanks Melva!!! More Convention

Good day to all.

I have some more pictures to share and I realize there are so many to choose from. I wish you all could visit and I would have a slide show just for you!!!! If you are in my area I would love to have you come by my studio and see and touch all the beautiful creations I brought home with me.

The general sessions were so much fun.....stamping, prize patrol and lots of music. New and exciting messages of upcoming events and so much more.

 This is during one of the many prize patrols....the center goes crazy!! Love it...music and cheering and free goodies!!!

 And this is a picture from one of the jumbo trons of Sara Douglass. She did a great stamping demo using the Perfectly Perserved on page 29 of the Holiday catalogue. She also incorporated the Framelit Dies ...the Cannery Set.Great bundle available to pick up both!!! Fabulous ideas for gifts and mementos of vacation. I would love to show you how versatile this set is....even surpirised me.Thanks Sara!!!

love the possiblities of this decor creation. Thanks to whoever out there in our land of talented demostrators put this together. I would love to give you the credit so if you see this post, let me know who you are and I know I will be following your site!!! Great idea for a PARTY....grab a theme and away you go. I can see me doing this for my customers.

 This card really caught my eye...such a beautiful job. Kudo's to you out there!!!!! so pretty and here is the inside too.

 Now I am off to put some rubber together...I ended up with nine!!!!!! new stamp sets. Wow!!!! Not sure how that came about but I sure can see some new fun things coming up for all my customers.

Convention 2012

I'm Back!!!!

"I AM"..... home from Convention 2012 and let me say WOW!!!!!!!! I will share  lots of pictures with you over the next few posts but thought I would go backwards in the time line. I have been known to do things a little different so here we go. Here is a picture of one table in my studio.....emptied the suitcase and it was just like Christmas all over again.

 I am amazed at all the gifts that we received not just "stuff" but gifts of sharing, meeting and inspiration.  I met so many great people and experienced quite a chill at the general sessions!!!!

 The free stamp sets and momento mall were such a suprise for me. Shopping and free...what a concept. So many goodies to bring home and share with my downline and customers!!!!! Stay tuned for a great give away in the next few posts.

Now I need to get to the office so then I can come home and begin the next part of my Stampin' Up! journey, but I wanted to get this post out to "tease" you all. Salt Lake City is a beautiful place and I had so much fun. My head is still spinning!!!!!!! Lots of great stories to tell. 

This years theme was "I Am"... and I am grateful!!!! What a fabulous experience, thanks to Sandi for all she shares and for being my roomie. You are a true friend and I am grateful for you.

Bags are Packed!!

Hello my friends!

I have my bags packed and let me tell you they are full. Lots of swaps, projects and a bag full of snail!!

I will be checking with you through out the week so check back and see what we are up to. Here is a little glimpse of what I have to take with me.....my "stamping kit" fits nicely into a bag I can wear so that leaves my hands free to take loads of pictures!!!

 The box is filled with two projects we are going to share. Sandy has kindly asked me to be her assistant and I am so excited. So please look for me if you are attending, I would love to meet up with all of you.

Getting Ready!

Good morning all. I have spent the last few weeks in preparation for Convention 2012. I am attending and assisting in some Late Night Stamper's events early in the week of the 16th and have had to make quite a few cards for swapping!!!! This is my first time attending the Stampin' Up! convention and I am pretty stoked.

I have some pictures of my "building" and a peek at some of the swaps I will be sharing. I have run out of a lot of goodies in the process and I think I am now the "Queen" of the dimensional. Here is a picture of the creative mess in one of the cards I made ( eleven of them )

 And here is what happens to your fingers during the "sponging" attack. And that is my left hand!!!

I will share the picture once the swaps are made. Here is the "line" of the 81 swaps for LNS. I will share the pictures themselves once the swaps are made.

 Lots of ribbons and plenty of pearls. So one more post before I head to Salt Lake City!!!! Then I will hopefully be sharing some of the fun with all of you.

I know I will be learning lots of new things and I would love to share with you. So just contact me and we can set up a workshop for you and your friends.
